How long does sampling take? Is sampling fee refundable for bulk orders?
Different lead‑time for prototype & new‑mold samples. Sampling fee can be refunded upon agreed bulk quantity.
Simple prototype samples without new mold require 3‑7 working days. For samples needing new mold development, mold making plus sampling will take 10‑15 working days. Timeline for complex special‑shaped products will be discussed separately. Sampling cost is calculated based on product shape and craft difficulty. If your follow‑up bulk order reaches the agreed quantity, sampling fee can be deducted or fully refunded as per cooperation agreement.
